Who we are
Digital Intensity Ltd (company number 11111277) is the data controller for the personal information described here. Registered office: 5th Floor Blok, 1 Castle Park, Bristol, BS2 0JA. You can contact us at hello@digitalintensity.co.uk.
What we collect
- Details you send us when you get in touch, such as your name, firm, email address, phone number and website address.
- Business contact details published by firms, such as the names, job titles and work email addresses listed on company websites and public registers, which we use to contact businesses about our services.
- Information needed to deliver work for clients, such as contacts for website, domain and hosting arrangements.
How and why we use it
- To reply to enquiries and provide website checks you ask for.
- To contact businesses about services relevant to them. We do this under our legitimate interests in promoting our business, and only to corporate bodies such as limited companies and LLPs. Every message includes a simple way to opt out.
- To deliver and invoice work under a contract with a client.
- To meet legal and accounting obligations.
Who we share it with
We don't sell personal information. We use a small number of service providers to run the business, such as email and hosting providers, who process information on our behalf. We'll only share it otherwise if the law requires us to.
How long we keep it
Enquiry and outreach details are kept for up to 12 months after our last contact, unless you become a client. Client records are kept for six years after work ends, for accounting purposes. If you ask us not to contact you again, we keep a minimal record so we can respect that.
